We’re proud to share our work at 1201 Eden Lane in Annapolis, Maryland, a remarkable waterfront estate that later sold for approximately $10M.
Set on a private point along Lake Ogleton with direct access to the Chesapeake Bay, this home is surrounded by water on three sides, making it one of the most visually striking residential settings in the Annapolis area.

A Setting Like No Other
Annapolis is known for its deep connection to the water, historic charm, sailing culture, and some of Maryland’s most prestigious waterfront homes. This project reflected exactly that lifestyle. From above, the estate appears almost island-like, a modern waterfront residence sitting on its own peninsula, embraced by shoreline and open water.
Working closely with the homeowner, our studio created “Gold Geometry & Midnight Blues” — a fully custom pool mosaic designed to transform the pool into a living work of art. The design combines:
- 24k Oro gold foiled glass
- Midnight blue glass tesserae
- Polished ivory mosaic tile
Together, these materials created a composition that feels inspired by water, movement, and the surrounding Chesapeake light. The photographs of this home, especially the drone shots and poolside perspectives, capture something we often tell our clients: a custom mosaic becomes part of the architecture itself.
