Ideally the glass mosaic you choose for your outdoor area should be tested for thermal shock resistance and must be waterproof and frost resistant too. A design & architecture firm got in touch with us for the client’s patio wall. The area is planned to be a tiled and have potted plants and benches.
They wanted to add a personalized touch to make the serene little corner really stand out. They were looking for something with a nature inspired theme that went with the surroundings. We pitched our Juvel handcrafted glass mosaic and they loved it. For the background, the architect and client decided on an abstract sandy theme. We prepared the PIXL abstract sand backdrop with our AddTek system. We love the PIXL grid and handcrafted mosaic combination. The final version of the customized Juvel mural features a variety of leaves. This gorgeous mosaic foliage is made with handcut glass tiles. Notice how the designers introduced an extra dimension to the mosaic wall art by overlapping the elements and adding shadow and highlight effects. The client loved how the mosaic wall fits perfectly like the last missing jigsaw puzzle piece.
