Step 1: Consultation and Concept Development
Clients reach out via Email/Phone Call to share their design ideas & requirements. Our design team then prepares design concept renders for the client to choose from.
Step 2: Design and Material Selection
We showcase the client multiple mosaic options & its impact on the overall design including a cost estimate. Design customizations are offerred free of charge.
Step 3: Approval Process
The client reviews the proposed design & cost mentioning us any design revisions if needed that leads to design concept finalization.
Step 4: Fabrication & Delivery
Our Quality Control Manager keeps clients’ updated with photos/videos from the production department so that everyone is kept up-to-date. Upon completion, we share final images with the client before we receive a green signal for dispatch.
