Global Delivery via DHL

Our shipping partner, DHL, is renowned for its reliable and fast delivery services. No matter where you are in the world, we can deliver your custom mosaic securely and efficiently. From the moment your mosaic leaves our studio to the time it arrives at your doorstep, DHL’s comprehensive tracking ensures that you can follow your order every step of the way.

Order Process & Free Renders

Upon confirmation of your order, we begin by offering free renders of the selected mosaic designs, tailored to your space. This allows you to visualize how the mosaic will look before we move to the next step. Once you approve the design, our team of skilled artisans begins the fabrication process, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to your specifications.

Fabrication & Lead Time

The average lead time for our mosaics is approximately 5 weeks, giving us ample time to create a unique and high-quality piece. If you’re in need of a quicker turnaround, we also offer an expedited lead time option (1-3 weeks) at an additional cost. Whether you’re working on a tight deadline or planning a special reveal, our flexible options cater to your timeline.

Shipping Time

Once your mosaic is ready and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location. For most destinations, shipping takes anywhere from 3-10 business days. DHL’s express service ensures that even international orders arrive quickly and without complications.

Shipping Damage

We take utmost care in packaging your mosaic to prevent any damage during transit. However, if the packaging shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us immediately. We will coordinate with the shipping company to resolve the issue. If you accept a package with noticeable damage, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly, as MEC is no longer responsible once the package has been accepted.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. For security reasons, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your mosaic has arrived safely.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer, as they vary from country to country.
