Custom Mosaic Designs and Copyright

All bespoke mosaics designed and fabricated by MEC Artworks, including those created based on client-provided imagery or concepts, remain the intellectual property of MEC Artworks. By commissioning a custom mosaic, clients acknowledge that MEC Artworks retains the right to use the designs, including photographs of the finished product, for promotional purposes, marketing materials, and display on our website or social media platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a client provides a design for mosaic conversion, it is their responsibility to ensure that the design does not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party. MEC Artworks cannot be held liable for the unauthorized use of third-party designs or images.

Client-Supplied Content

If a client submits images, designs, or other materials to be used in the creation of a custom mosaic, the client must either:

1. Own the copyright to the materials provided, or
2. Have obtained written permission from the copyright holder to use the materials for mosaic creation.

By submitting content, the client grants MEC Artworks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and reproduce the submitted materials for the purpose of creating the mosaic and for marketing or promotional use.

Infringement of Copyright

We take the protection of intellectual property seriously. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or reproduced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our website, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our website.
